1ST ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF NGCL

The 1st Annual General Meeting of NECA’s Global Certification Limited (NGCL), took place on Tuesday 15th October, 2019 at NECA House, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos. The AGM approved the re-election of members of the Board of Directors and Auditor. The AGM also adopted the company’s financial statements for the financial year 2018 and also made strategic decisions towards the business development of the company. In attendance were members of the Board, NGCL management and other invited guests.
