PREAMBLE
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor Certification provides Participants with relevant knowledge and skills to lead both Internal and External Audits.
This five-day course will expose participants to the role and responsibilities of a Lead Auditor including best practices in auditing, effective skills for planning, carrying out audits and reporting on ISO 9001:2015 Audit. Participants will be empowered with skills to determine the effectiveness of a company’s quality management system, take the lead in guiding the audit processes from inception to completion.
In completion of the course, participants will take the ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor exams to certify their knowledge.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the end of the course, participants would be able to:
- Gain skills necessary to implement & audit a complete QMS against the ISO standards
- Understand Auditor’s roles in auditing ISO 9001:2015 requirements and clauses
- Plan, perform, conduct and follow up an audit in accordance with ISO 9001
- Prepare Audit conclusions and report audit results
