NECA’s Global Certification Limited (NGCL) is a Certification Body that provides certification and training services to valued customers for improved competitiveness.

NGCL’s certification service offerings are in accordance with ISO 17021-1:2015 and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Objectivity and effective management of impartiality is core to our management system certification activities.

Our resolve is to satisfy our customers’ needs and exceed their expectations through competent staff, sound leadership and the best possible service. NGCL will ensure that all personnel are trained, are aware of their responsibilities and provided with adequate resources to deliver Audits and implement trainings.

We will value our staff, associates, and contractors. We will also develop an open exchange of information with customers, stakeholders and the public on the services that we offer. NGCL will effectively communicate this policy to our staff, customers and interested parties.

This policy will be reviewed continually for suitability.
