ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INTERNAL AUDITOR COURSE

Quality Management Systems should be fully integrated in organizations’ systems, processes and operations.
We find that continual improvement becomes a façade in situations where the standards and policies remain mere documentation for the company.
This two-day Quality Management System- ISO 9001:2015 Refresher Course (virtual) aims to strengthen the capacity of Internal Auditors and close the observed skills gaps in knowledge, attitude and practice of Quality Management in the organisation.
The course fee has been discounted to a final price of ₦20,000 per participant and ₦30,000 for two participants. Discounted rate applies for multiple participants.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
At the end of the course, participants will:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the purpose of a quality management system and be able to describe methodically the Principles of Quality Management System.
- Explain in detail the role of an auditor in planning, conducting, reporting and verifying a quality management system audit in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015.
- Plan, perform, conduct and follow up an audit in accordance with ISO 9001 and through analysis of ISO 9001:2015.
- Prepare Audit Conclusions and Report Audit Results

The course is divided into nine modules which provide a full understanding of the role of an internal Auditor.
